Poor service and feedback

Parcel ALO*** was ship from George on 24 Oct. Normally I received parcels wirhin 3 to 4 days. This morning through their whatsapp line, a perspn by the bane Tshepo told me at 10:00 the parcel will be delivered before business end today I start to worry because the stock is needed tomorrow. At 16:00 again through their whatsapp line dear Tshepo response this time, the delivery is Outside delivery area the parcel will be delivered on 3 Nov!! If tou told me that this morning I could go to your depot myself to collect the parcel!!! Normally by the Thursday or Friday the same week the parcel is here, now you got a lot of stories! This not the first time that I experienced bad, poor service, but this will for sure the last time. Will request my supplier not to send my parcels through Aramex again
