Poor service and delivery from Aramex SA

I have never had a bad experience when it comes to delivery services in SA BUT it was my first and last time I will ever use Aramex!

I have been waiting for 7day now to receive a package and I have been on the phone every day to Aramex call center trying to resolve this problem. They lie on why they are not performing their duties and telling me the drivers have tried to phone me which they never did.

It's a ****** joke!

What makes it even worse is the company and its employees do not care how they treat their clients and they are not proactive in rectifying the situation.
