Poor Service and Communication

I made a purchase on Ali express. The seller was accurate and timely. The Aramex delivery services on the other hand has been the opposite.

I have tried getting a hold of solid information about my parcel. Requested calls which never came. Spoke to agents who couldn't help but direct me to some other person who will call me to help you with the matter to my parcel delivery.

The Aramex App useless really.The information being provided on it has no details that you need. I spoke to and agent who said your parcel is not out and I do not know why. On the other hand the parcel is name as out for delivery on app.

On the 6 of December apparently Aramex tried to deliver to my place but I had no notification of a person at my gate to deliver or the miss call which they say happened.

Highly disappointed with Aramex and they so renowned efficient which is a lie really .

No manager was available to take the matter on. 10mins waiting on a call to seek answers
