Poor Service and communication

Very Poor service. Posted documents on the 3rd of December 2024 already and still no movement. When I track the parcel it shows that I created a shipment but that is it. Whatsapp an agent on Thursday and was told they are experiencing a delay and the parcel will be picked up on Friday (06/12/2024). Got a call from our National office late yesterday informing me they have still not received our documents which was due the 4th already. Track the parcel again this morning still no movement, only shipment created. Worse of all is our National office is closing this Friday and if the documents is not there they can't finalize our November month end and I can't send out statements for December payments.
