Poor service

Terrible service I will never use them again. Sent a parcel on the 4th May. On the 5th I got a notification that it is out for delivery. Called the Durban branch 5 times they confirmed that this will definitely be delivered on the 5th. No parcel was received on the 5th. Called on the 6th of May because the tracking says out for delivery. Still no parcel has been received. They are useless inconvenient and such poor service. I advise you to not use them. Rather use the PEP stores delivery option at any PEP stores its R60 and very reliable
