Poor Service

Aramex is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Their on-line tracking is useless. You get no response if you try to email or contact them. An international parcel that was sent as priority shipping is sitting in their Johannesburg warehouse since 23 November 2020. It took them more than a week to start the customs clearing process and still, 2 weeks later there is not really any progress. If you want fast shipping and customer support, stay away from them.
