Poor service

I send cellphone on 30th june from Nelspruit to Boksburg Gauteng.Instead they made new adress and my cellphone got LOST.On my waybill its was supose to go to Boksburg when i track it on 4th July it say my so called documents is on way to Polokwane.All the other parcels were delivered except mine.I called email and whatsapp to find out what the problem is.I got everytime diffrent answers.They opened cases,wow i thought i will get my phone back.The one agent tell me it never left Nelspruit tje other one said it went to Johanesburg but were never booked in.Long story short,the other day lady called me to say they cant find it.Sorry is your loss.Huh how can it be my loss.Did i lable it Polokwane and why only my parcel because there was a cellphone in.I need my cellphone back please.I send the IMEI number that Makro send to me were i bought it.Still nothing.
