Poor service

I have ordered an item at Amazon it arrived at aramex Johannesburg but I'm struggling to get my item since yesterday, no call from aramex drivers to inform me thier issue and I've been calling to even pick it up but they say I'm not allowed to pick up. I'm so disappointed to even think how long I've been waiting for this item 😪😞.
