Poor service

I am having the worst experience with the company. My parcel has been with them since the 30th of November 2024. The phone line are not working and when you get through they just talk ****. Cannot tell me where is my parcel and when i will receive it. They are using poor agents that promise you everyday that the parcel is out for delivery but its never delivered. I will not reccomend this company to anyone.
