Poor service

I posted a package with this company via Postnet on the 17/03/21. When I called to track it they don't answer the phone, their app doesn't work most of the time. On 22/03/22 I finally got hold of them and they transferred me to office in Kimberly. They told me the driver is on his way and will arrive at 17:30. The driver did not arrive and no one picked up the phone, on 24/03/22 I called the office and I was told that they cannot get hold of the driver. Please do not use Aramex or Postnet. once you pay them you are on your own, they don't take responsibility for your package or their drivers. Courier Guy is your best alternative. I challenge anyone at Postnet or Aramex to prove my complaints wrong.
