POOR SERVICE

Package was collected on 18 August 2020. Package went all the way from JHB down to Durban and back to JHB again. Package was supposed to be delivered to Winteron KZN, which is merely 25min from the N3 highway. Agent stated they only service that area on Tue and Thu. Seeing the package was collected on a Tue one would think they will deliver the Thu. It is now again Tue one week later and now apparently the package needs to go to a third party agent because Aramex do not deliver to the area. The agent could not give me any timelines or information. I have a client patiently waiting for an item they paid for and now my reputation is on the line due to Aramex incompetence. Seriously. DBP***
