Poor service

I logged a return for G Star purchase that they were supposed to collect on the 9th, the driver never showed not even an uptade. I called and even logged another return which they were supposed to collect it on the 13th same thing happened. Their service is very bad and unprofessional. The list they could do is to update as wee all know it's that time of the year and it's busy. I got another message that they will be collecting the parcel today so fingers crossed that they actually show up.
