Poor service

Pathetic to the lowest.... I send a parcel to Upt via Aramex Monday very early from Cpt using them as the turn around time sounded great... Tracking daily knowing that it will arrive latest Friday. Only to find out it has been send to JHB from Cpt...all BS stories I'm told, new 3rd party can only get the parcel on Monday.... The parcel is for a wedding for Pete's sake.

I regret not reading the reviews. Do not use Aramex, don't, never try.
