Poor Service

I am waiting for a parcel to be sent back to me since last week Thursday , after they struggled for 2 weeks to get the receiver, I called Aramex last week Thursday on the 14th, I forgot the guy's name and he told me they will send it back same day! fast forward today am being told it was delivered to a Keneilwe on the 7th of August and they have accelerated the matter to the manager, so will see how this works out
