Poor service

Aramex gave me an invoice to pay for my aramex global shopper shipments. I paid R7500 for both customs and shipments fees but now they say I need to pay in order for them to release my shipment. Ive been calling to try and sort out this matte because I paid on the 12 July 2021 but still no assistance with my shipment
