Poor Service

<p>Fought with them fore 2 days to try get them to hand me details over for Customs so that the parcel can be cleared. They eventually did it the 2nd day. I then had to fight with them for 6 hours to get an invoice so that I could pay customs. They refused to tell me the amount over the phone.</p> <p>They then told me, if I did an instant EFT, they would ship it out the same day and deliver. I did an instant EFT, costing me extra, and guess what, they only processed the payment the next day and now say that if I want it the same day, I must pay an extra R2000.00.</p> <p>Avoid Aramex at all costs.</p>
