Poor service

pathetic service from Standard bank and Aramex couriers. i cancelled my debit card only to find out that they also without my consent cancelled my credit card, this forced me to go into a branch re order a new credit card, this was done. I have now been waiting for more then 3 weeks for my new credit card, every time i phone its always with the couriers, when you phone the couriers they know nothing, the tracking number doesn't even come up, but yet the couriers tell you they have been phoning you for the delivery but there is nothing on my phone and no i don't have your number blocked as so many of you have told me.

i am highly upset about this can someone give me answers please!!!!!!
