Poor Service

Its 18h33 still havent received a parcel i was promised to get yesterday, Aramex is about 3kms from where I stay, what could be more difficult as to deliver a parcel in the same area. I've been calling their offices in the morning they promised that my parcel will be prioritized as it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, afternoon i called again and promised it will bw delivered by 16h00 ans i called again at about 16h30 and was told the delivery is on the way.... Its 18h48 still no delivery. What a **** service.
