Poor Service

Aramex does not even deserve this 1 star that i have given them. A parcel was sent to me on the 2nd July, when I check their website it states that I was not available on Monday 06 July. I only received 1 missed call on the 6th July from a Private number. The whole week I have been trying to get hold of them to inquire but it's just impossible, I have been calling their different numbers ***, *** and I listen to music for more than 10min. I sent a message on their website and left my email address but nobody bothered to return my message or call. Today is the 10th and I still have not received my parcel
