poor service
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a international package, normally i only wait a week. the call center is not helpful as every day its a different excuse or reason.
The WhatsApp chat bot is even worse.. its been 2 days that i am waiting for them to "connect me to the next available agent".
Point is no one is giving me a real reason as to why my package is taking so long it hasn't even left the country of origin! its been 3 weeks!!!
AND YES my import taxes have been paid a week ago.

14 Dec 2023, 10:06A bit of advise to the people who ordered on shein and got Aramax as the delivery company. i know the tracking says its in johannesburg but the packages haven't even left China. that's what the call center told me.
if you ordered christmas presents i suggest you go buy something els because i dont see these packages arriving before christmas.
