POOR SERVICE!

POOR Service!!! We are waiting for a package (homeschooling books) to be delivered, it has been dispatched from the homeschooling company in the first week of January 2021,, and we are still waiting for delivery. For the past 4 weeks the package was lost 4 times, then it was in the undeliverable section for 2 weeks,, after a manager phoned me, and promised that we will have the package by Monday morning, we are still waiting, Phoned the call center every day since 4 weeks ago, and every day there is a different story to why we haven't received the package yet. Manager is always busy when you ask to be put through to a manager, and at the end of every call the consultant tells us the have send an email to the department, and they will phone me shortly, BUT THEY NEVER PHONE ME BACK.
