POOR SERVICE

If I could give NO stars, I would! Absolutely pathetic customer care service.

I sent a package in November 2022 (yes i know it has been a few months BUT i still have not received communication from Aramex!) The package was not delivered after a few days so i contacted Aramex via whatsapp to find out, only to be told that the vehicle was hijacked and all packages ******. To this day, i have not been contacted by Aramex to be told details of what happened, i only know because i was told via whatsapp when i contacted them.

I was told i need to contact the Postnet branch, after a few weeks i eventually heard back from the branch only to be told they cant help, i need to contact Aramex again but they wont do anything as the package wasnt insured. I HAVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED INSURANCE WITH ALL THE PACKAGES I HAVE SENT!!!

So to this day, i STILL have not been contacted by Aramex and i have lost over R5000 due to this poor service!!!!

I WANT MY MONEY ARAMEX!!!!!
