POOR SERVICE

Hi. Can someone please explain why it's taking almost a week to receive a parcel which need to be delivered from Pretoria to Boksburg?

The parcel was taken to the Pretoria branch on the 16th but it was only loaded in the system on the 18th. To date, I still haven't received it.

It would have made sense if had to come from Cape Town but from Pretoria to Boksburg this long, is poor and pathetic service.
