Poor service

I have received such horrible service from Aremax South Africa, according to their website my package was suppose to be delivered on the 16th of December 2021,my tracking ***. I have contacted thier customer service line and waited 58mins before they could pick up. I spoke to a lady by the name of Sarishka who clearly has no idea what is going on, she said she is not sure where and when to expect this shipment. She can not even confirm whether the parcel is in Dubai or in transit. This is the second time I have expirenced such problems with Aremax.. Poor service and terrible telephone ethics.
