Poor service

Ordered a package through Everyshop that uses Aramex. The shop that the package was collected at is 5mins walk from place of delivery, my work place. I receive an SMS that package is out for delivery at 07:51 only for the package to not come the same day and be rescheduled for the next day. The cherry on the cake, this morning, SmileFM, clearly paid for advertising, said just how wonderful and quick Aramex is, but you can't deliver a package that's a 5mins walk away on the day you state the package is out for delivery I'll be advising Everyshop to drop Aramex if you can't even properly predict when you'll be delivering a package as people try and plan around your poor service delivery, only for you to cancel and reschedule
