Poor service

I was informed on 25 April that my parcel has been shipped from Cape Town. I have experienced with Courier Guy that if it is shipped on a Thurday, I receive it on Monday. (Every single time, thumbs up to you guys!)

Yesterday I called my nearest branch (Nelspruit), which informed me that my parcel checked in on Saturday 27 April and I can expect delivery today 30 April. I called thos morning and they confirmed that my parcel is on route for delivery.

At 16h07 I realised that my parcel is not coming. When I called I was informed that the courier company has already head back to Nelspruit.

With tomorrow as a public holiday, my parcel will be delivered on Thursday.

I had to keep on calling since the tracking info was rarely updated.

If I have known that I would wait this long I would have requested my own courier company - Courier Guy!
