Poor service

Your maponya branch drivers arecollecting parcels on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. They are failing to deliver our parcels on time. I dropped off parcels on Wednesday afternoon and they are still not reflecting on your tracking system. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday. Please fix this, it's really becoming an inconvenience to me.
