Poor service

Not a reliable company at all. I had to keep calling to chase and track my parcel. I even went to the depot to collect and was told the driver has already left with the parcel. I cancelled everything to go and wait for the parcel. Waited the whole day and nothing!!! I'm really disappointed with the service.
