poor service

hi i have never had such a terrible service like the one Aramex courier company has given me. their call center incompetence is out of this world. been awaiting for a shipment from cape town, yesterday 01/11/2018 i was informed that it will arrive at midday, it did not arrive, i have been calling the entire day today, every consultant i talk to keeps promising to call me back. i spoke to 4 people already today and no answer or anyone calling me back.
