Poor service

Staff from aramex do not know how to treat customers. I called to trace my parcel and they just transfer me from one person to another and they just hung up on me without assisting. They are very rude, they keep you on hold and treat you like they are doing you a favor whereas you have paid to receive your parcel. Your level of service is very very poor. You guys are saying that you deliver overnight but it seems as if the customer has to beg to get his/her parcel. Pretoria branch officials, you don'r deserve to work there, you should staying at home basking in the sun because you don't want to do what you are paid to do.
