Poor service

Last week Friday I sent my parcel to one of your drop box in Jo'burg. Even today the recipient is still waiting on it, you asked for the tracking number on Facebook but you did nothing to help me. I asked someone again at your twitter account but the person said the parcel was delivered,. My recipient is still waiting for the parcel,.your service sucks big time.I want that parcel to be delivered or please returned it to me because they are lot of couriers I can send it to.the person is angry. I am so ****ed right now with your poor service
