Poor service

Poor service I went to Pick n Pay Culemborg park last week Thursday to courier a package to Pretoria everytime I want to track my parcel I get invalid tracking number after phoning them numerous times and holding for hours they only tell me that it has not been collected yet and that it will be there Monday today's is Tuesday and once again they tell me that the parcel has still not been collected and wil only be collected today and arrive in Pretoria Wednesday
