Poor service
Goods were damaged even after marking the content as fragile on the waybill. When I first made contact with Aramex to log a complaint, I was told that the servers were down but they have my details and an employee will contact me back to investigate the matter. A week went by with no contact on their behalf. I emailed customer care and got the following response: "Dear Client
We apologies for the damage however the parcel was dropped in the box while it is a fragile parcel.
Please note, fragile parcel should not be send on this service as other client come and drop their parcel with deference weight .
Best Regards ***"
After explaining that the parcel was not "dropped" but rather carefully placed in the box and that all precautionary measures were taken to ensure that the content is well protected from an/a expected/reasonable amount of force, Aramex still refuses to take any responsibility for the matter and are insistent that an apology will suffice.
I have not heard anything since, so I guess as long as Aramex gets paid, they don't seem to care about the quality of their service that they deliver to their customers.
