Poor Service

Been awaiting a parcel from the morning. Calling the office does not help either. Called almost an hour ago and spoke to Zando who promised to get her supervisor to call me. Seems as though that Aramex staff is on holiday. Will definitely change my courier service in future to Skynet and will advise my supplier and my contacts also
