poor service

My goods have been placed on the Aramex Courier for an overnight delivery, this is the service which I have paid for and this is the service which I expect to receive - my order was placed on the 24/06/2020 and till today i havent recieved my order and it medication that i urgently need aramex is sooo disapointing
