POOR SERIVICES FROM ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA (COURIER )

Good day

My order was supposed to be delivered by Aramex today, one of the drivers “Zakhele Aramex Driver” was dispatched to deliver but did not, he only called once but claims to have called multiple times which is not true, I had to call back a minute later only for him to say he is already out of range from where I live, again he only called once and it rang only for 2 seconds I called back immediately after. It’s my first time using Aramex and I am truly disappointed with the service. I’ve been waiting for this parcel for over a week now, this is a disappointing service and probably my last time using Aramex. I just hope my order comes on Thursday as promised. If you are reading this DO NOT USE THIS courier company
