Poor, poorer, poorest service ever

Supee disappointed with their service.. I will never ever use or recommend it to anyone it was my first and last time using their service. Parcel was posted 28th November 2019 still have not been delivered rhis day 4th December 2019. I called and told different stories and when tracking my parcel "Shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility" since the 28th November. It does not even deserve a one star
