POOR POOR service from Aramex JHB & Sandton

I have been on the phone with Aramex SA every day from 23/10/2021 about my parcel.

I have also emailed the Manager Strini Reddy who also doesn't answer or escalate.

I have been in contact with the same person who promises updates and a delivery but never follows it up.

I would love someone to call me regarding my parcel that I urgently need.
