Poor poor service

Poor poor Service from this company..

They were supposed to deliver our parcel on 28/11/2021 and they came up with excuses after we gave them a call(They didn't even call us) . We then contacted them and they said they will deliver on 11/12/2021 of which they failed to do so. Again they didn't even call to tell us what is causing the delay.

Today we contacted them with no luck. They made us very angry..
