POOR POOR POOR SERVICE EVER

Worst service I have ever received from any company I ordered from SHEIN and my order was supposed to have arrived from 28 -03 September 2021 and to-date I have not received it and no communication what so ever.i decided to call and they said I must pay R900 for custom duties but when they send the invoice it was R1500 but I paid it but still I have not received my parcel and I have been sending then emails they do not respond at all.Yhooo
