Poor pathetic service from Aramex yet again

Sad to say service from these people is truly pathetic. Sent a parcel monday 3 august from wolmaransstad to pmburg which according to aramex is a main centre and should be delivered the next day.. agreed with covid lockdown regulations i expected a few days delay. Parcel arrived in pmb thursday morning last week 6 august and was out for delivery. Person never received it thursday or friday. Phoned pmb branch yesterday 11 august in the am was told the driver went off sick and couldnt do gis deliveries but he was at work and would be delivered in the morning, still didnt happen. Phoned again in the afternoon was told parcel would be there before 5pm, never happened. Phoned this morning was told uts with the driver and would be delivered between 12 and 1pm. Parcel is going to chase valley road. Asked why so late was told the driver is at athlone circle postnet. This outlet is less than 5km away from where its supposed to be delivered. ARAMEX U ARE PATHETIC AND BEYOND USELESS.. PnP seriously needs to boot u *******s out and find someone that will do a proper job.. u are an embarrassment to the courier industry as a whole
