Poor or nonexistent service

This company is impossible to deal with. having received anSMS about delivery and asked to phone, no reply after many efforts. then I followed their Aramex.com link which immediately defaulted to a web site in Arabic and it was difficult to navigate to English. I sent in a query and received an auto response promising a response in 24 to 48 hours, nothing. The tracking number which I eventually managed to use indicated good in Joburg deport for many days. have done lots of internet orders in Lockdown this company is the pits. Do not use them to deliver goods to me.
