Poor n useless service

Worst experience ever, I've never seen such poor service. Aramex are the worst courier company ever.... my parcel was suppose to be delivered by 28 Sep 2023. I waited all day to the next day 29th still nothing. Instead they keep sending txt messages they ran out of time. On the other hand they emailing saying they were here, but I've never received a single call from them both days. Poor useless service
