**** POOR EXPERIENCE.

Terrible, my Express parcel was to be delivered Friday. No on answers calls, tracking system is not updating. No way to get through to someone and speak to a person.

I was on hold for 20 minutes with a automated press 1 now to chat on whats app then for the call just to end after holding on so long, this has happened 4 times now.

Keep advising the order will be delivered everyday, and nothing arrives. Terrible experience together with Nebank Avo. I just want my order!
