Poor Disgusting Service-Aramex

I shipped overnight parcel on 26.11.2021 up to today it has been delivered. I phoned their call only to be answered after holding for 25 minutes. I was given escalation reference number JNB/1221/385. Iam Very disappointed even today parcel not delivered. What poor services. Nobody calls to explain
