Poor delivery system.

I’m disappointed on aramex operates, all the time when I order something from China, I always use my work address and it’s a public school which knocks off at 13:30 then yesterday I got to confirm delivery address, guess no delivery has been made yet it’s almost 13:30, what was the point of calling me to confirm delivery address if they knew they were not going to honour their delivery.
