poor delivery service - poor service delivery - pun intended

ordered on the 18/3/23 from various global online suppliers using different courier companies and received all my items either earlier than stated or right on time. So far Aramex is the worst because: * their tracking system lacks updating * no sms/email communication like the other courier companies * no means of contacting them besides talking to a bot and * human interaction is of such poor grade one would prefer the bot - no comms etiquette at all * it has been over a month and the tracking system still says "processing" * the vendors tracking says "in transit"
