Poor delivery service

I am extremely disappointed for the delivery service of Aramex - it has taken 9 days to deliver a parcel from Johannesburg to East London. The tracking system used is not updated so it meaningless to use. I logged two complaints with the so called Customer Services informing me it will take between 24 to 48 hrs to get back to me - again no reply Aramex you are a disgrace to the courier service which is very unprofessional I certainly hope you improve your delivery service and discipline your *********** staff for in completed work as after having eventually having the parcel delivered, the tracking system shows that the parcel is still in transit.
