Poor delivery service every

I was notices the 20 December 2024 that my package is on the way and after 5 working days that my package is out for delivery and the after about 2 days they call me and told me that the do not do deliveries in my area so they going to send it to a third party delivery company to deliver it but is now already 8 working days again and still waiting 15 January 2025
