POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

My order from Aramax was suppose to come to my house at 12 December in Richards Bay and 14 December was the day I desperately need it . I cannot wait any longer for my order because it’s a dress I ordered I thought they were going to come 14th Dec early or 13th Dec but the order was supposed to be at my house on the 12th December which I paid for , I really needed.

I had contacted a guy from the Richards Bay to help me out who works at Aramax through the Aramax number on Google , he helped me and said my order is in Durban . So I said I don’t mind driving to Durban and collecting it .

According this guy , he said he told a guy named Josh or Justin ( I can’t remember the name ) at the Durban branch would take my parcel to the security so when I arrive from Richards Bay to Durban the security guard would give it to me at the gate .

I had arrived to the Aramax in Durban , according the security guard that same guy named Josh or Justin did not leave the box by the security yet Josh/Justin told the other guy from Richards bay he would leave it with security guard and I can come and collect it . Josh or Justin whatever his name is does not listen to instructions on and it really hurt and angered me because it was my birthday dinner and I had to go find another dress last minute when I ****ing paid for my dress who was supposed to be delivered at my house on the 12 DECEMBER before my birthday dinner .

I was very disappointed in Aramax Durban because lack of following instructions. You ruined my birthday dinner and made go buy another dress !!!
